In March we contacted 9W Hospitality for our upcoming trip to Delhi-Agra-Rajasthan. We are Indians but haven't traveled much in India. After we talked over phone about the travel plan, they came back with an itinerary. they gave us some suggestions for hotels which we appreciated in the end. Since we are family of five, we now need two rooms at any hotel. He found us great hotels at amazing rates which we thought were never on our budget. He also arranged for a SUV car for the entire trip - the driver was very polite guy! Once in India, Prableen checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect. She gave us a farewell note and a different gift for each member of the family.

My Boyfriend and I are Americans and were in New Dehli for a wedding. At the end of a very fun, long, exhausting trip, we had only 1 day to do some sightseeing. I really wanted a stress-free experience without breaking the bank -- and that's exactly what we got! 9W Hospitality arranged a driver and a private tour guide for us for a day trip to Agra. The driver arrived early, and patiently waited for us outside. He paid for tolls and didn't try to scam us. The car was clean, nice, spacious, and had air conditioning. Once in Agra, he met up with the tour guide, who was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, got our tickets, tipped people, and warned us about scammers, etc. He was also a great photographer, and took some great pictures of us! We visited the Taj Mahal, the Agra Red Fort, and the "Baby Taj Mahal." In the early afternoon, 9W Hospitality called us to inquire about our lunch preferences.
